1 Year SeaViewer Factory repair/replacement Warranty against factory defects under normal use on all SeaViewer Cameras.
3rd-Party equipment, e.g. Batteries, Monitors, Recorders and Power Adapters, Warranted by their Manufacturer (typically 90 Days).

All returns: Purchaser must obtain RMA Number from SeaViewer in advance of shipping.
All Products must be received at SeaViewer at Purchaser's expense in original condition and packaging within Warranty Term from original shipping date. If a unit is determined by SeaViewer to be defective under the Warranty terms above, SeaViewer will pay the cost of Ground shipping the repaired/replaced unit back to the Purchaser.
30-Day No questions asked Refund (stock models)
If not satisfied, we will REFUND purchase price within 30 Days provided :
Purchaser must obtain RMA Number from SeaViewer in advance.
All Products must be received at SeaViewer at Purchaser's expense in original condition and packaging within 30 Days of original shipping date.
Refund Amount will be less 15% to cover Bank Charges, Inspection, and Testing.
30-Day Upgrade Option (stock models)
We will UPGRADE your Camera/System within 30 Days provided :
Purchaser must obtain RMA Number from SeaViewer in advance.
All Products and Upgrade Amount must be received at SeaViewer at Purchaser's expense in original condition and packaging within 30 Days of original shipping date.
Upgrade Amount will be Current Price of new Equipment less original Purchase Price, plus Shipping and taxes (if applicable).
EXCEPTIONS: 1) Due to re-sale considerations, Special Order equipment is not eligible for REFUND or UPGRADE programs, although WARRANTY section above will still apply. Special Order equipment is any non-stock model, including :
Custom cable lengths other than standard (150' or 50' for Great Lakes™ version)
PAL conversion
Neutral Buoyancy conversion
Modified cable attachment/placing
Modified lighting (including Underwater lights)
Surface Consoles
Recorders
NOTE: Special Order equipment requires a minimum 1 week build-time after receipt of funds.
2) Auction purchases are not eligible for 30-day REFUND program, although WARRANTY and UPGRADE sections above apply.
3) Abuse of Camera, Cable or Accessories IS NOT covered under Warranty. Electronic damage due to over-voltage or incorrect polarity from non-SeaViewer power supplies or Monitors, or incorrect MAINS voltage, is NOT covered under Warranty. See Power Requirements for details.
