!!! Engine Recovered September 11, 2007 !!!

Using a custom made hook and a camera from Seaviewer Underwater Video Systems
 

On February 28, 2005 the airplane DHC2 "Beaver" marked C-GAQW "disappeared" with 5 men on board. While the families of Arnie, Doug, Fabian, Trevor and Dave recovered the fuselage on July 28th, 2005, it was not until September 11, 2007 that they were successful in recovering the power section with the aid of a SEAVIEWER Camera.

Seaviewer is proud that its camera had a part in helping the families recover the engine in such deep water, and hope this recovery will contribute to closure for the families through a more exhaustive investigation.
